ZP WORLD MUG 😉 is a small satire storefront. The products on this site are visual commentary and merchandise. We are not officially affiliated with any tournament, federation, stadium, team, host city, sponsor, or government body.

Orders

Orders are processed through WooCommerce and paid through Stripe. Products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful or another production partner. Your order total is shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping

Shipping prices and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, address issues, production delays, customs processing, weather, or local service disruptions can affect timing.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because most items are made to order, we usually cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or address mistakes. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable fix.

Design and Satire Notice

The store uses parody, criticism, and commentary. Product names, copy, and artwork are intended as satirical expression. Do not treat the store as an official source of event, venue, ticket, travel, lodging, government, or safety information.
