Refund and Returns Policy

Our products are made to order. That keeps inventory waste down, but it also means we usually cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, duplicate orders, or address mistakes after production begins.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos. Contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue with the fulfillment provider.

What We May Offer

When the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable fix depending on the facts of the order and fulfillment provider requirements.

Address Problems

Please check your shipping address before submitting payment. If an order is returned or lost because the address was entered incorrectly, we may not be able to refund the order or reship it for free.
